As of July 30, 2020 there is an enrollment freeze in order for St. Joseph School to meet COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. Any applications for enrollment will be considered wait listed.
Registration begins with the St. Joseph School Open House during Catholic Schools Week at the end of January. Registration continues to be accepted until the classrooms are full.
The order of consideration for admission of students is as follows:
- Children of parishioners and siblings of those currently enrolled
- Children of non-parishioners whose parish does not have a Catholic school
- Transfer students from other Catholic schools
- Transfer students from public schools
Kindergarten students MUST be 5 years old by September 1 of the year that they start school.
Preschool students should be 3 years old by September 1 for Pre-K3; and 4 years old by September 1 for Pre-K4.
Schools operating under the auspices of the Diocese of Joliet admit students of any race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally available to students at the schools. The names of elementary and secondary schools can be found in the Official Catholic Directory, published annually.
