1st Grade
In 1st grade at St. Joseph Catholic School, students build foundational skills in reading, writing, and math. 2nd Grade

3rd Grade
In 3rd grade, students at St. Joseph Catholic School enhance their problem-solving and analytical skills through a more challenging curriculum. The program includes comprehensive studies in Math, Reading, Writing, and Social Studies. Students work both independently and collaboratively on group projects relating to spirituality, Social Studies, Language Arts, Math and STEM.
4th Grade
4th graders at St. Joseph Catholic School explore more complex concepts in science, mathematics, and language arts. The curriculum includes hands-on experiments and collaborative projects. Students strengthen their faith through regular religious education classes and participation in Mass.
5th Grade
At St. Joseph Catholic School, 5th grade students engage in advanced studies across all subjects, with a focus on developing independent learning skills. Our curriculum standards ensure all students are prepared for success in Junior High, High School and College. Day-to-day classroom instruction is based on the standards, individual student needs, and unique characteristics of our school and community. 6th Grade
In 6th grade, students transition to middle school with a curriculum that includes deeper dives into science, math, literature, and history. They begin to switch classes for different subjects, fostering independence. Faith formation continues with an emphasis on personal responsibility and community service.
7th Grade
7th grade at St. Joseph Catholic School emphasizes critical thinking and preparation for high school. The curriculum includes advanced coursework in all core subjects, along with elective options. Students are encouraged to participate in sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities to develop their interests and talents.
8th Grade
8th graders at St. Joseph Catholic School prepare for the transition to high school with a rigorous academic program that includes leadership opportunities and high school readiness. The curriculum emphasizes mastery of core subjects and critical thinking skills. Students participate in Confirmation preparation, solidifying their faith journey.
