St. Joseph School Welcomes Beth Cunningham as Principal

Mrs. Beth Cunningham is a product of Catholic education, graduating from a Catholic elementary school, Marian Catholic High School, and St. Xavier University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from St. Xavier University. Her career includes 18 years as an educator and administrator at St. Mary School in Mokena, where she served as both a teacher and Assistant Principal. She became Principal of St. Mary School in 2011, serving for nine years and receiving the Bishop R. Kaffer Outstanding Principal Award in 2018. She also served as principal at Annunciation BVM Catholic School in Aurora during the 2021-2022 school year. She resides in Lemont with her husband and enjoys traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants. They are proud parents of three grown children, Allison, Emily, and Colin.
