Each day the teachers and staff at SJS pour their time, talent and love into nurturing our students’ academic, spiritual and personal growth. Exceptional teachers empower students to flourish and discover their full potential.
The Teacher and Staff Enrichment Fund (TSEF) is a vital investment in the stability and future of our teaching staff. Your support of the TSEF not only shows appreciation for all that our extraordinary educators do to help our students thrive by providing salary enrichment stipends, it also allows us to attract and retain talented teachers and staff committed to Catholic education who will remain at SJS, year after year.

Family Commitment

To meet our goal, we ask families to prayerfully discern a donation amount that is appropriate for your family. We will meet our goal if every family contributes at least $350 per child.
Bridging the Gap Together
Teacher salaries are set by the Diocese of Joliet and are not determined by SJS. As a result, SJS is limited in what we pay current teachers and what we can offer to prospective educators.
By coming together, we can make things more equitable for our exceptional teaching staff by providing a 10% increase to their salaries and start to close the gap.
100% of all funds raised will be placed in a restricted account and used solely for this initiative.
