I started teaching at St. Joseph School for the 2006 – 2007 school year. I spent eight years teaching 1st grade before moving to 2nd grade. I graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle. Before becoming a classroom teacher, I was an aide for children with autism.
I really enjoy teaching Math and Reading. I always look forward to reading aloud to the students after lunch, whether it be a chapter book, like “The BFG” or a picture book.
My hobbies include watching soccer, working out, coloring, doing puzzles, and reading. I also enjoy spending time with my 4 year old twin nieces.
