Mrs. Deneen Wojtasiak

I am so happy to be a part of the St. Joseph’s family.

I have been teaching for 29 years and have taught all grades PK-8th. My experience includes both the Diocese of Joliet and the Archdiocese of Chicago. I also taught in Valley View 365u. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University. This is my third year here at St. Joe.

I am married and have two children. My daughter, Danielle, is a college junior at Monmouth College studying PT/Sports Medicine. My son, Joey,  is in 4th grade. And we have a cat named Oreo who is my favorite, but don’t tell the kids that.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family. We like to go apple and blueberry picking and going to sporting events.

I love to go to live concerts (my favorite thing to do). I also love sports, especially the Chicago Bears, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Wolves, and both Chicago Baseball Teams.
